Production process of POF heat shrink film
Multi layer co extruded heat shrink packaging film is mainly made of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and copolymer polypropylene (TPP, PPC) as raw materials, with necessary additives added, and processed by co extrusion blow molding process. Its process is different from traditional blow molding process. Due to the poor tensile performance of PP melt state, traditional blow molding process cannot be used, and double film bubble process, also known as Prandi process internationally, is adopted. It melts and extrudes the raw materials through different extruders, forms the initial film through a specially designed co extrusion die, and then rapidly cools it, and then heats it for secondary blowing and stretching to obtain the product.
